Commercial License Terms

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or purchasing software produced by BizmoLabs Software ("BizmoLabs", "we", "us", operating from Makandura, Sri Lanka), including SurgeDL, StreamEngine, and related tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. License Grants & Permitted Use

Upon valid purchase of a commercial license key:

• Personal / Professional License: Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to activate and run the software on the number of personal devices specified at purchase.
• Lifetime Licenses: Include full version features and all continuous signature/resolver updates for the lifetime of that major software branch.
• Trial Licenses: Permit evaluation of the software for a designated 30-day period without commercial warranty.

3. Limitation of Liability

BizmoLabs software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall BizmoLabs, its creators, or its software engineers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network bandwidth consumption, local disk exhaustion, or third-party server throttling.

4. Acceptable Network Use

Our download acceleration tools are intended for lawful archiving, personal backups, open-source distribution, and public media preservation. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with the copyright laws of their local jurisdiction.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the performance of our software. If SurgeDL fails to accelerate your downloads or is incompatible with your system, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within 30 days of purchase through our Merchant of Record portal or by contacting customer support. 6. Digital Product Delivery Policy

All commercial software licenses, product activation keys, and download links are delivered electronically and immediately via email upon payment authorization by our Merchant of Record. No physical shipment is required. If you do not receive your license email within 10 minutes of purchase, you can retrieve it instantly using your purchase email address.

7. Governing Law & Fulfillment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle.com is responsible for processing transactions, collecting and remitting applicable global sales taxes, and ensuring payment security compliance across all supported jurisdictions.
