1. Information We Do NOT Collect

When using our desktop software (including SurgeDL, StreamEngine, and local utilities):

• We do not log or collect URLs, links, or filenames of items you download.
• We do not track clipboard contents outside of transient local desktop RAM matching.
• We do not inspect files downloaded or converted through our media extractors.
• We do not sell any telemetry data or user behavior metrics to third parties or advertising brokers.

2. Information Collected During Purchase

When purchasing commercial software licenses:

• Transactions are processed by our authorized global online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle acts as an independent Data Controller for billing, payment processing, fraud screening, and tax compliance.
• Your financial payment data (credit card number, CVV) is processed securely by Paddle.com and never touches BizmoLabs servers.
• BizmoLabs retains only your purchase email and transaction identifier strictly to generate and authenticate your software license keys and facilitate customer support.

3. Crash Reports and Diagnostics

Our desktop applications operate with opt-in crash telemetry disabled by default. If an application encounters a critical fault, any generated diagnostic log resides strictly on your local disk unless you explicitly choose to attach it to a support ticket.

4. Contact & Data Rights
